By using GameDayBot (“the Bot”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Bot.
1. Eligibility
The Bot is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the Bot, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Registration and Security

6. Bot Availability
The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other technical issues. While the Bot’s developers will strive to minimize downtime, there is no guarantee of continuous access.
7. Intellectual Property
The Bot and its underlying code are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v3.0. This means that you are free to use, modify, and distribute the code, provided that any modified versions or derivatives also comply with the terms of the GPL v3.0 license.
You may not use the Bot’s branding, logo, or any proprietary design elements without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Bot is provided “as is,” and the Bot’s creators are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or damage to your device.
9. Modifications to the Terms
The Bot’s creators reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
The Bot’s creators may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also discontinue use of the Bot at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
